ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

If you are below 18 years of age, you are prohibited to use/purchase/contract from or with this Website. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use or transact through this Website.

Those who choose to access this Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent local laws are applicable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Company diligently ensures accuracy in presenting product information, descriptions, and images online; however, it disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in the information provided. The Company clarifies that the images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. This Website showcases lab-grown diamond jewelry for personal use, including both customized and ready-made pieces.

Certain products might seem slightly bigger or smaller than their actual size because of screen settings and photography methods. Occasionally, items could be depicted as larger to highlight details or smaller to show the entire product. There could be minor variations in weight due to the handcrafted nature of each piece of jewelry. The Company will not be held responsible for any legal actions related to this matter.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FOR PURCHASES ABOVE 2 LAKHS

1. For domestic (India) orders above INR 2,00,000/- we will require submission of PAN card details and payment shall be accepted through Banking channels only.

a, “As per the Law of land (India) cash transactions for jewelry purchases exceeding ₹2 lakh are restricted under Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act.”

b. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.

c. After placing the order, the customer will need to share the PAN CARD image/ details over email at support@solitique.com. The billing name should be the same as the name on the PAN card.

2. For orders above INR 5,00,000/-, the customer will need to pay 1% TCS over and above the all-inclusive product cost.

PRICES

We calculate our pricing based on the current prices of precious metals and gemstones to ensure that you receive the most competitive value. As these prices are subject to fluctuations, our pricing may also change in response to changes in the prices of precious metals and lab-grown diamonds.

The prices of the products, along with taxes and delivery costs, will be clearly displayed and invoiced at the conclusion of your order. Please note that we may adjust our prices at any time, but you will be informed of any changes when placing your order. In the event that an inaccurate price is mistakenly displayed on our website and not rectified during the finalization of your order, your purchase will be voided, and you will receive a refund, regardless of any prior confirmation.

PAYMENT

The option to make online payments is accessible through various methods such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking accounts, UPI, or any other approved mode. You are required to use the authorized Payment Card, which includes credit cards, debit cards, net banking accounts.

You acknowledge and confirm that you understand that when you make an online payment using Your Payment Card, you may be directed to the payment gateway page. This payment gateway may redirect you to other websites maintained or controlled by third parties, and the Company does not have control over such third-party website(s) and therefore is not responsible for any transactions on such website(s). The Company will not be held liable for any fraud related to Your Payment Card, and will not address any such grievances or issues. Any grievances related to such issues should be communicated to the bank that issued the Payment Card. The Company will not be responsible for any disputes or differences related to online payments made through your Payment Card or any other available mode.

Additionally, the Company will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience, or mental distress resulting from the misuse of your Payment Card or associated details. Payments made by Payment Card or any other available mode will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information. You are required to use your own payment card and agree to provide the correct and valid payment card details to the Company. Furthermore, the provided information will not be used or shared by the Company with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. The Company will not be held responsible for any payment card fraud. The liability for the fraudulent use of a card will be on you, and the burden to 'prove otherwise' will be solely on you.

The merchant will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the rejection of authorization for a transaction, whether due to the Cardholder exceeding the current limit with the acquiring bank or for any other reasons.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

The processing time for items 'Available in Stock' is 48 - 72 hours, while 'Make to order' items require 25 business days. Transit time may differ depending on the destination, but we strive to deliver domestic orders within 4-7 working days.

EXCHANGE & BUYBACK

We offer an Exchange and Buyback option for all items purchased from Adhara Jewels LLP (referred to as “Adhara” or “Solitique”) with an Indian billing and shipping address. The process of exchange stands only post the verification of metal and Jewellery certifications and authentication of Jewels and Jewellery.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATION

a) You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registration on www.solitique.com

b) You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. The company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. Further, the company also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely) or if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if the company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our Website and other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.

c) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall bear such expenses.

d) Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item's description.

e) If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then the company shall not be liable for such delay in the delivery of the product.

f) Any product you buy from our Website is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage, etc. the company is not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use of the product. This is applicable for both domestic and international orders.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS BY THE COMPANY

There may be certain orders that the company cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase, errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which the company identifies for not accepting the order. In case any Indian states prohibit direct sale of merchandise from other states and require special documentation to effect such a sale without dual taxation, if we receive an order from such states or to be delivered to such states under such circumstances we retain the right to accept or reject the order.

We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS BY THE CUSTOMER

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the receipt of the order. Registered customers can always check the status of their order with the customer support team of the company.

Once the cancellation request is received, if any payments have been received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque within 2-4 working days.

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.

RETURN POLICY

Ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority; hence, we offer a 15-day Return Policy with no questions asked.
This policy does not apply to the following:

2.1) On orders that have not been exchanged earlier under the 15-Day Return Policy, you can exchange your design within 15 days from the day of receipt, for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product a second time, it will be considered under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.

If the product is returned within the 15-days from the receipt of receiving the product and passes the quality assessment, the customer is entitled to money back guarantee and a refund as reflected on the receipt /invoice shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the designated bank account (RTGS/NEFT) within 14 days on the receiving of the product back to the company. Shipping charges will be deducted from the receipt amount.

If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm dispatch and therefore, acceptance of the order thereafter.

We have made every effort to display the colours and sizes of our products that appear on our Website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Packaging of the product may vary from that displayed on the Website.
