Exchange & Buyback Scheme

  • We offer an Exchange and Buyback option for all items purchased from Adhara Jewels LLP (referred to as “Adhara” or “Solitique”) with an Indian billing and shipping address. 

  • This policy excludes customized/ engraved items and international deliveries. 

  • Exchange and Buyback transactions are conducted based on current market rates, with deductions for making charges, taxes and a return shipment fee. 

  • If a discount is applied to the original purchase, the same amount will be deducted from the current market price during the exchange or buyback process. 

  • Original invoices and certificates must be presented when requesting an exchange or buyback. Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher. 

  • Upon receipt of the exchanged item, our Quality Assurance team will thoroughly inspect its condition. Items showing signs of alterations, damage, resizing, or wear will not qualify for buyback or exchange. 

  • Any decision to decline buyback or exchange due to the aforementioned reasons will be final and binding.

  • Determination of Value for Exchange or Buyback:


EXCHANGE

  • The exchange value will be calculated based on 100% of the metal value according to current market prices.

  • 90% of the diamond value for the specific quality of lab-grown diamonds in the jewelry, at current market prices on the date of exchange. 

  • Deductions will include making charges, taxes and any discounts applied at the time of purchase


BUYBACK

  • The metal value will be calculated at 100% of the current market prices as per market norms on the date of exchange.
  • 80% of the diamond value for the specific quality of the lab-grown diamonds studded in the jewelry at current market prices on the date of the buyback. 
  • Deductions will be made for making charges, taxes and any discount given at the time of purchase.

  • Exchange & Buyback is not applicable on Polki, Pearl & Colored Stones.

  • Following the inspection, our Quality Assurance department retains the authority to adjust the product's value upon providing a valid rationale. The determination made by the Quality Assurance Department will be conclusive and obligatory.


    Return shipping and insurance for purchases made online: 

  • The cost for return shipping and insurance will be borne by the customer as Solitique will deduct an amount of  Rs. 1000/- or actual charges, whichever is greater, when determining the refund amount. 

  • The products need to be shipped only with our shipping partners for secure delivery, who will be assigned  post coordinating with the customer.

  • Please ensure that your jewelry is properly packed along with certificates and invoices beforehand. Get in touch with our customer support on +919599112620 to assist you in proper packaging.

  • On the day of pickup, once the Executive arrives for collection

  • Request you (the customer) to kindly send the photograph of  the product package to  support@solitique.com

  • Hand over the package to the logistics executive

  • Remember to collect an acknowledgment for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup).


Return of products purchased at the studio/in-person:

The responsibility of returning the products for exchange or buyback to our studio lies with the customer. The customer will be responsible for covering all related expenses.


Exchange/ Upgrade execution:

  • If a customer wishes to swap the item for a more expensive product, they can make an additional payment through the usual payment methods. The new product will only be shipped after the payment has been received. However, if the chosen alternative product is of equal value to the exchanged item, the product will be shipped once the exchange amount has been confirmed.

  • Exchanges for items of lesser value are not permitted.

  • The exchange amount cannot be converted into cash. Solitique will issue a credit memo valid for 6 months for the agreed exchange value. The 6-month period will commence from the date of issuance of the Credit Memo.


Buyback execution:

  • Upon agreement of the buyback value, the payment will be transferred to the designated bank account (RTGS/NEFT) within 21 working days. 

  • Cash payments will not be entertained under any circumstances. Payments will only be disbursed to the individual or entity specified in the invoice.

  • A written declaration confirming ownership of the bank account, along with the bank account details and a canceled cheque, will be necessary. The maximum value of the buyback must not exceed Rs.3,00,000/-

Change in policies:

Solitique retains the authority to alter the Payment & Shipping policy at its discretion, therefore it is recommended to regularly review the policies. Modifications will be implemented immediately upon being posted on the website: www.solitique.com. In the event of any significant changes to the policies, a notification will be provided alongside the updated policies.
