Return Policy

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority; hence, we offer a 15-day Return Policy with no questions asked.

  • This policy does not apply to the following:


    • On orders that have not been exchanged earlier under the 15-Day Return Policy, you can exchange your design within 15 days from the day of receipt, for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product a second time, it will be considered under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.

    • Customized/ Engraved products 

    • International shipments

    • Products that do not pass the test of authentication
      (It is mandatory to verify the products with authentic certifications provided by the Company, along with IGI/SGL Certificates, and hallmarks)

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, with tags still attached, and must be accompanied by both the Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice. If the customer is unable to provide the invoice and/or original certificate, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • If any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes were applied at the time of the initial purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly, as only the amount reflected on the receipt of the order would be paid.

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will assess it for any signs of wear, scratches, alterations, resizing, or damage. Items that exhibit any of these characteristics will not be eligible for return. Following the inspection, our Quality Assurance Department may adjust the product's value with proper justification. The final decision made by the Quality Assurance Department will be binding.

  • Total Return Value should not exceed INR 3,00,000.

  • Initiating a return for purchases made online via the website:

    • To start the return process, the customer is hereby directed to send an email to support@solitique.com within 15 days from the receipt of receiving the product. Once we receive your request, we will coordinate a return pick-up with our trusted delivery partner.

    • The products need to be shipped only with our shipping partners for secure delivery.

    • Please ensure that your jewelry is packed in its original packaging, along with its tags, certificates and invoices beforehand. Get in touch with our customer support on 9599112620 if you need assistance.

    • On the day of pickup, once the Executive arrives for collection

      • Request you (the customer) to kindly send the photograph of  the product package to  support@solitique.com

      • Hand over the package to the logistics executive

      • Remember to collect an acknowledgment for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup).

  • Cost of return shipping and insurance: The cost for return shipping and insurance will be borne by the customer as Solitique will deduct an amount of  Rs. 1000/- or actual charges, whichever is greater, when determining the refund amount.

  • Mode of refund:

    • If the product is returned within the 15-days from the receipt of receiving the product and passes the quality assessment, the customer is entitled to money back guarantee and a refund as reflected on the receipt /invoice shall be made by way of an online bank transfer to the designated bank account (RTGS/NEFT) within 14 days on the receiving of the product back to the company. Shipping charges will be deducted from the receipt amount.

    • Payments will only be disbursed to the individual or entity specified in the invoice. Cash payments will not be entertained under any circumstances. 

    • Note - For payments made via online debit card, credit card, or select payment gateways, a transaction fee will be deducted as per actuals.

  • We hereby inform you that we will be unable to process any return requests that will be submitted after 15 days from the date of product receipt, regardless of the circumstances.

  • We offer an Exchange and Buyback option for all items purchased from Adhara Jewels LLP (referred to as “Adhara” or “Solitique”) with an authenticated billing and shipping address.

  • Change in policies: Solitique retains the authority to alter the Return policy at its discretion; therefore, it is recommended to regularly review the policies. Modifications will be implemented immediately upon being posted on the website: www.solitique.com. In the event of any significant changes to the policies, a notification will be provided alongside the updated policies.
