Payment for domestic orders must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) and can be done using credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking, or cash. If using an international credit card, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before payment is processed. Please note that currency conversion fees may be applicable depending on your credit card provider's policy. Furthermore, it is important to adhere to the current regulations in place.
- For orders above INR 2,00,000/- we will require submission of PAN card details and payment shall be accepted through Banking channels only.
- For orders above INR 5,00,000/- the customer will need to pay 1% TCS over and above the all-inclusive product cost.
Custom orders: If a customer/ member wants to get customized jewelry made, Solitique will be glad to do so.
- Following the discussion, Solitique will furnish a projected cost for the product.
- On the day of placing the order, the estimated amount will be revised based on the gold rates for that day and 60% of the revised estimated amount will have to be paid as an advance.
- The remaining balance must be settled prior to delivery.
- All shipments will be processed once the full payment is received.
- All domestic orders are shipped via Bluedart. The package is secured and insured.
- Shipping Charges: Solitique provides complimentary shipping for all orders within India. For international orders, please refer to the 'International Shipment' section below.
- Shipping Time:The processing time for items 'Available in Stock' is 48 - 72 hours, while 'Make to order' items require 25 business days. Transit time may differ depending on the destination, but we strive to deliver domestic orders within 5-7 working days. Orders are handled, dispatched, and delivered exclusively from Monday to Friday. Any orders made on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
- Exchange Policy:We offer an Exchange and Buyback option for all items purchased from Adhara Jewels LLP (referred to as “Adhara” or “Solitique”) with an Indian billing and shipping address.
- Order Tracking:You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp and email once the order is shipped.
- The Solitique team will contact individuals to request proof of identity for logistics and insurance reasons. The parcel will be delivered by our logistics partner solely to the designated recipients.
- Solitique provides insurance for every purchase while it is in transit until it reaches you. A signature is mandatory for all delivered items, signifying the transfer of responsibility for your purchased goods to you. If you have designated a different recipient for delivery (e.g. as a gift), you acknowledge that their signature (or that of the delivery address) serves as proof of delivery and fulfillment by Solitique, thus transferring responsibility accordingly.
- All our jewelry packages are delivered to your door in secure, tamper-resistant packaging. Your purchase will be presented in a distinctive Solitique box, accompanied by the necessary certificates and invoice. We kindly ask all customers to carefully examine the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting or signing for delivery. - Gift Packaging: If your purchase is meant to be a gift, we provide complimentary gift wrapping and a personalized gift message. Whether you plan to present the gift yourself or have us deliver it, the recipient will undoubtedly be delighted.
- All international orders are shipped via DHL. The package is secured and insured.
- International orders typically take an average of 10-15 working days for transit. The exact timeline may vary depending on the delivery location and customs processing time. Please note that international delivery cannot be guaranteed within a specific time frame due to customs procedures.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and currency fluctuations.
- Kindly be advised that VAT, duties, and taxes will be applied in accordance with the regulations of your country and will be the responsibility of the customer. The courier company will invoice these charges separately at the point of delivery. Please note that Solitique will not be accountable for any customs or taxes imposed on your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipment will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- International shipments are non - refundable & non - returnable.
- Once the product is sold and delivered it is not serviceable.
